H2Flow, in partnership with Trojan Technologies, worked with Tatham Engineering to provide a new UV disinfection system for the Colborne WWTP, replacing the plant’s aging chlorine system. The final design featured a fully redundant TrojanUV3000B system in a new outdoor channel, rated for 3,500 m³/day peak flow, with automatic bank switching and TouchSmart PLC/SCADA monitoring.

H2Flow supplied and commissioned a complete packaged wastewater treatment upgrade at the County of Brant Airport, elevating the facility from primary treatment to a full biological nutrient removal system approved for sub-surface disposal. The scope included a pre-fabricated ISAM-SBR, Alum dosing, Carbon source dosing, and a tertiary filter for final effluent polishing.

H2Flow supplied an AdEdge system to remove iron and manganese, providing the community with clean, reliable drinking water since its 2024 installation.

H2Flow supplied an Ovivo LM mixer for digester mixing at a wastewater treatment plant in Eastern Ontario, providing high efficiency and a unique mixing pattern suited for large tanks.

H2Flow supplied two Trojan SwiftSC UV reactors to support a drinking water facility expansion, meeting increased flow and strict disinfection requirements.

H2Flow designed and supplied a complete wastewater system using DAF technology. They system comprised of an inlet lift station, screening, equalization, Dissolved Air Flotation, Sludge handling, all integrated with an automated PLC panel.

H2Flow supplied a 2,000 m³ stainless steel equalization tank and partnered with Biorem Technologies to provide a carbon-based odour control system for nearby residential and commercial areas.
