TECHNOLOGIES
The ThickTech™ RDT is a high-performance sludge thickener that reduces volume by up to 90% with a 98% capture rate, using minimal polymer, power, and water. Its compact, stainless steel design provides reliable, low-maintenance operation for municipal, industrial, and pulp & paper applications. Ideal for increasing digester capacity, reducing hauling costs, or pre-thickening ahead of dewatering, the ThickTech™ combines a low-shear floc tank with a high-efficiency rotary drum screen, backed by over 25 years of proven performance.
Fluence specializes in anaerobic wastewater treatment, or anaerobic digestion, a biological treatment process that uses microbes to biodegrade organic matter (feedstock) in an oxygen-free tank, treating challenging, high-organic-load wastewater streams and generating valuable products in the process.
Unison Solutions has developed systems that economically produce renewable natural gas (RNG) for injection into natural gas pipelines around the country. Anaerobic digester covers are a vital component in the operation of the digester. They not only provide a seal to maintain the anaerobic environment within the tank, but also offer thermal shielding and odour control. In addition, digester covers provide high volume gas storage for recovery and reuse.
