TECHNOLOGIES
RAW WATER AND WASTEWATER SCREENS
The Aqua Guard® is a rugged and proven self-cleaning, traveling water screen that uses a unique filter element system, which automatically removes a wide range of floating and suspended solids from a wastewater stream.
In wastewater treatment plants, the Hycor® Rotoshear® unit is renowned as an internally fed rotary screen for pretreatment and primary treatment to replace primary clarifiers. They are also used as sludge screens. Industrial users, such as meat processors, food processors, tanneries, textile mills, petrochemical plants, and recyclers, rely on it for product recovery and wastewater treatment. Pulp and paper mills use it for fiber recovery and rejects handling.
The Aqua Caiman® represents the next generation of mechanical bar screens. In designing the screen, Parkson combined over 40 years of experience working on thousands of in-channel screen installations with in-depth market and engineering research.
This trash rake system cleans, conveys and discharges debris directly into a skip or trailer. Incorporating an overhead monorail to maintain a safe, working and uncluttered screen deck, it provides simple, fully automated operation and 24-hour coverage.
We build our heavy-duty ATLAS-SSI screens for high performance and low maintenance. You can add a Ristroph fish collection basket assembly to comply with 316(b) fish handling regulations. Choose from stainless steel or carbon steel coated with an immersion-rated epoxy.
The Brackett Green CF100 travelling band screen collects, conveys and discharges debris directly into a deck mounted gulley. Incorporating a patented tapered-hole mesh design, it provides fully automated operation and 24-hour coverage.

The SPIRALIFT® screens, washes, transports and dewaters solids entrained in the wastewater flow. This system combines the benefits of two proven technologies into one effective system: the SPIRALIFT screening conveying system and a high-performance TASKMASTER® grinder.
The Spiralift SC Screenings Washer Compactor is an advanced and efficient solution designed for the treatment and compaction of screenings in wastewater applications. This innovative system integrates the processes of washing, dewatering, compacting, and transporting screenings in a single unit, ensuring optimal performance and ease of operation.
GRIT REMOVAL SYSTEMS
Atara grit classifiers are designed to extract more than 90% of sand and other small sized particles waste from an organic liquid.
When the liquid, composed of debris, is introduced into the equipment, it remains there for a long period of time in order for the heavier particles to fall by gravity into the rotating screw.
The Detritor Grit Removal system is a cross flow grit system that utilises a collector arm to move settled grit into a vessel for collection. It provides reliable removal of abrasive, heavy and insoluble inorganic grit, which can accumulate in municipal wastewater treatment plants.
