Glass-Fused-to-Steel (GFS) is recognized as the highest-quality, performance-proven coating available throughout the industry. Fusing these two materials together delivers the best characteristics of both.
A modular bolted GFS solution uses a colour-fast fused glass coating on both its interior and exterior surfaces. The result is an exceptionally strong, durable, and resilient product with unparalleled resistance to corrosion and wear.

How it's built
GFS tanks are supplied as modular, bolted systems. Individual steel panels are glass-fused at the factory under controlled conditions, then shipped to site and assembled by H2Flow Tanks & Systems technicians.

Factory glass-fusion
Each steel panel is coated and fused with glass under precise factory conditions, ensuring consistent, zero-defect quality before leaving the plant.

Modular Panel Delivery
Panels are shipped directly to site, suitable for remote or restricted-access locations where poured concrete or welded steel is not practical.

On-Site assembly by H2Flow
Our technicians bolt and seal every joint on-site across Canada. Every connection is sealed to structural integrity standards.

Future-expandable*
The modular bolted design means tanks can be enlarged by adding panels. Protecting your long-term infrastructure investment.
*Note: Foundations must be pre-designed for the future load of the expanded tank.
